It is very important to find out what your patients are saying online about your dental practice and your team. As a doctor, reputation is everything. If you are worried about your reputation or just simply want to find out what the patients are saying online about your dental practice there’s a simple and free monitoring system you can use, Google Alerts. Google Alerts are actually the simplest way of monitoring your online reputation and see the kind of reviews people are leaving. You need to know what is being said about you and your dental practice.

Google Alerts will notify you by email whenever on the web someone mentions a phrase or certain word. You can have Google Alerts send you notifications everytime someone mentions your web Url, your name, or your dental practice’s name.

For example, if your practice’s name is “Papababa dentistry”. You can have Google Alerts send you an email notification whenever “papababa dentistry” is mentioned on the web.

One of the key points that you should consider to avoid too many junk mail is the importance of the double quotation marks. If you still received too many emails, you can adjust the setting.
